Background Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years management experience
- Manufacturing Experience (automotive preferred)
- Plastics Experience (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- The Production Supervisor is accountable and responsible for managing departmental production, safety, environmental controls, developing production employees, quality, and departmental cost controls.
- Ensure the health and welfare of the people
- Follow client’s Code of Conduct, plant labor agreement, and plant rules
- Protect client’s assets from loss or damage
- Oversee team members assigned work to meet Safety, Quality, OEE, and Delivery Targets
